Prep Work

Before we dive in, we'll sign an NDA and ask you to share any relevant materials—think product details, white papers, websites, or marketing collateral via email. This helps us get a head start. Then, we'll take some time to review everything and prepare some tailored questions for our next conversation.

Deep Dive

In our initial discovery session, you share your story—your mission, challenges, and opportunities—to understand your vision & core objectives. We take a brief period for reflection before reconvening for targeted questions. Depending on nuance & complexity, this process may span up to 3 sessions. Finally, we review our findings, outline a preliminary strategic plan, and confirm alignment moving forward.

Proposal Time

Once we’re on the same page, we’ll craft a proposal outlining the scope of work for the specific services you need—whether it’s Fractional Growth Officer, Business Development Specialist, Revenue Infrastructure Architect, or AI Integration Specialist. We’ll discuss the compensation model that best fits your needs, present the proposal, answer any questions, and fine-tune details so we’re ready to move forward together.
